Meet your facilitators:
I’m Ava of Violets in Bloom, a crystal mineral boutique and holistic healing arts studio located in Elkins Park. I am so very eager to provide space for us to explore what feelsincreasingly vibrant in our lives utilizing theenergy of thought linked to manifestation. My hope is that we will all connect to wanting more out of life and that each one of us will honor how to give and receive within a sacred circle.
I’m Gabrielle of Feed Your Spirit Writing, an expressive writing workshop studio. For me, expressive writing is my path to healing and I love sharing gentle exercises that ignite the imagination. I’m excited to create a vibrant morning with new and returning friends! My hope is that we come as we are–whether feeling a mix of vulnerability and/or excitement and then leave with a deeper connection to our intuition and creativity…and a lot of laughter!
I’m Meredith of Making Connections. As a psychologist and spiritual director, I’ve been helping people heal and become more of who they are for almost 30 years. When I’m making art, I feel open and free. I believe that creativity is, for us, a spiritual act. Realizing that I could glue anything I wanted onto my paintings and call it “mixed media” was a spiritual awakening. I look forward to creating space for all of us to remember the joy of creation with art supplies.
